August SCAPA Meeting: Bruce from Bruce’s Custom Covers

Hello SCAPA members!

We’ve got a really fun and unique talk lined up for our August meeting – our speaker will be Bruce Perlitch, of Bruce‘s Custom Covers.

If you’re not familiar with the name, Bruce’s builds custom aircraft covers, plugs, pitot/static covers and heat shields for cars. What makes his story worth hearing is the journey: Bruce started out designing every cover himself, one at a time. Today, his business has grown into a full production facility, with assembly lines and some genuinely impressive custom machinery, receiving hundreds of orders a day. He’s worked with some very high-profile clients along the way too.
